By using GLIM services, you agree to the privacy policy and our use of your personal data. You also authorise GLIM to use electronic communication channels to send you information. It is important that you read and understand the Privacy Policy before using our services.
In order to provide our services, we need to use your personal data as described below. We do this with the utmost consideration to protect your information.
What information do we collect?
Information you provide to us. You may, indirectly or directly, provide us with information about yourself in many ways, such as when you make a purchase from GLIM. This may include:
Personal and contact information: name, date of birth, social security number, title, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number, etc.
Payment information: credit and debit card information (card number, expiry date, CVV), invoice information, account number, etc.

Who may we share your information with?
We may transfer or share information about you to selected third parties, which are listed below. We take all reasonable legal, technical and organisational precautions to ensure that information about you is treated securely and adequately protected when transferred or shared with such selected third parties.
Logistics and transport companies. GLIM may transfer information about you to suppliers and subcontractors to fulfil our contractual obligations to you and for other purposes as described in this Privacy Policy.

Payment partners, Credit reference agencies and similar suppliers. Your personal data may be shared with credit reference agencies and providers of similar services to assess your creditworthiness when you apply to pay with one of GLIM's payment methods, and to verify your identity and address information.
Authorities. GLIM may disclose necessary information to authorities such as the police, tax authorities or other authorities if we are required to do so by law or if you have consented to it. An example of legally required sharing of information is to counteract money laundering and terrorist financing.
Disposal. In the following situations, we may share personal data with a third party:
- If GLIM sells or buys businesses or assets, Personal Data may be shared with the prospective buyer or seller of such business or assets.
- If GLIM or a significant portion of GLIM's assets are acquired by a third party, personal information about GLIM's customers may be disclosed and shared.
What do we NOT do with your personal data?

Where do we store personal data?
We always endeavour to process personal data within the EU/EEA. However, in certain cases, data may be transferred to and processed outside the EU/EEA or by a supplier or subcontractor. As GLIM is committed to protecting your data at all times, GLIM will take all reasonable legal, technical and organisational measures to ensure that information about you is processed securely and is adequately protected compared to, and in line with, the level of security applicable within the EU/EEA.
How long do we store personal data?
We store personal data for as long as it is necessary to fulfil our contractual obligations to you and as required by statutory retention periods. When we store personal data for other purposes, such as to prevent money laundering, to fulfil laws on accounting and regulations on capital requirements, we only store the personal data for as long as it is necessary and/or required by law for each purpose.
Right of access. You can request a printout of the data you want to see and verify the data we hold about you. There is no cost to obtain such a printout.
Right to rectification. You have the right to correct incorrect or incomplete information about yourself.
Right to erasure (‘right to be forgotten’). You have the right to request that your personal data be deleted if the data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. However, there may be legal obligations for GLIM, which prevent us from immediately deleting parts of your data. These obligations stem from accounting and tax regulations, banking and money laundering laws, but also from the Consumer Purchase Act.
Request access, change or to be forgotten. To access, amend or delete your personal data, please send an email to info@glimsmile.com. In order to process your request, GLIM needs information from you that proves your identity, such as an ID document, driving licence or copy of passport.
