Right of withdrawal

According to the Danish Right of Withdrawal Act, the customer has a 14-day right of withdrawal. This means that you have the right to cancel your purchase by informing GLIM within 14 days from the day you, or another party, has received the ordered goods (the cancellation period). 

If the Customer wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must, before the withdrawal period has expired, send an email to GLIM AS (kundeservice@glimsmile.no). In this message, the Customer must state their name, address and other relevant information, such as order reference, invoice number and the name of the product.  

If the Customer exercises his right of withdrawal, the Customer shall pay for the return costs. The Customer is responsible for the condition of the product after the Customer has received the product and during the return shipment. The product must be returned within 14 days from the date on which GLIM was notified that the Customer exercises his right of withdrawal. The product must be sent well packaged, in good condition and in the original box and/or packaging.

Always contact us before returning an item, so that we can help you more easily and quickly. We will send you a return address label to use when you send the items back. The return address label costs NOK 99.

If the Customer exercises the right of withdrawal, GLIM shall refund the amount paid by the Customer for the product, including shipping costs. Any additional shipping costs resulting from the Customer choosing a delivery option other than the standard delivery offered by GLIM are excluded from the refund. In the event of a partial return of an order, shipping costs will not be refunded. GLIM is entitled to deduct from the amount to be refunded an amount corresponding to the decrease in value of the product, compared to its original value, if, and to the extent that, such decrease in value is due to the Customer handling the product beyond what is necessary to establish its function or characteristics.

GLIM shall refund the amount without undue delay, but not later than 14 days from the date on which GLIM received the Customer's notice of withdrawal. GLIM shall be able to postpone the refund until GLIM has received the product or the Customer has provided evidence that the product has been returned, for example by a delivery confirmation. Refund shall be made to the Customer using the payment method chosen by the Customer, unless otherwise agreed or if there is any objection to such refund.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

  • If the product has been used and is no longer in its original condition, we reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund upon return.
  • In cases where the product is specially made for you as a customer, open purchase or right of withdrawal does not apply.
  • Open purchase and right of withdrawal do not apply to metered goods or tape.

Wrongly delivered or missing item

If you are missing an item or have received the wrong item, please notify us within 5 days of receiving the package. State which item is missing or what was delivered incorrectly and we will help you.  

Complaints

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us and describe the damage in detail. You as the customer are responsible for unpacking and checking that the products in your package are free of defects after you have received them. If the package is damaged upon delivery, you must report the damage directly to your Post Office when you collect the package, or to the transport company that delivered your package. Submit your error message to customer service and we will help you. We will pay the return shipping in the event of a return of the item due to a complaint. In the event of a dispute, our policy is to follow the decisions of the Consumer Council. 

The buyer has always made a complaint in time if it occurs within 2 months of the defect being discovered or should have been discovered. A complaint can be made no later than two years after the buyer took over the goods. If the goods, or parts of them, are intended to last significantly longer than two years, the complaint period is five years. Complaints to the seller should be made in writing.

Should we reject a possible complaint, you have the opportunity to appeal to the Consumer Council.

Force Majeure

GLIM AS is exempt from its obligations under the purchase agreement if circumstances occur that are beyond GLIM's control. This may include, for example, legislation, strikes, war, terrorism, fire, flooding, natural disasters or similar events. 

Shipping Options & Delivery

Delivery is made with Bring. Bring's delivery time is 1-5 working days, depending on where you live in Norway and which delivery option you choose. You have the right to cancel your purchase in the event of a delivery delay. Refunds will be made within 14 days. There are no customs duties or other fees when shipping to Norway.

Unfortunately, we do not deliver to Jan Mayen (NO 8099) or Svalbard (NO 9170-9179).

Payment

We have several payment methods and one of them is Klarna. No fees are charged for any payment methods. As a customer, you can pay by card, direct payment and against invoice and as a private customer, payment can also be made in installments. The payment period for invoices is 30 days from the date the goods are shipped from GLIM. If payment is not made, a reminder fee of NOK 60.00 and late payment interest of 25.5% will be charged. If you have not shopped with Klarna before, a micro-information will be made upon purchase so that we can check your creditworthiness. Klarna meets the requirements for PCI DSS and has an SSL certificate.

Sales to minors

If you are under 15 years of age, you must have permission from a guardian to order from us.

Prices

The prices you find on our website are current and include 25% VAT. The VAT is displayed at checkout, with any shipping costs, before you confirm your purchase. If the VAT changes, we have the right to change the prices accordingly. Price adjustments may occur at any time, without prior notice. 

Discount code

Multiple discount codes cannot be combined, unless this is clearly stated in the terms and conditions for the specific discount code. The customer is responsible for entering the correct discount code, and price adjustments due to an incorrect discount code cannot be adjusted afterwards. 

Unclaimed packages/shipments

If packages are not collected, GLIM reserves the right to invoice the customer for shipping costs, return shipping and handling costs totaling NOK 200. For heavy goods or goods with an unusual size, a cost will be added according to the current shipping table. If you have selected invoice as a payment option, the invoice is included in the package, and it is therefore important that you collect the package and pay it within 14 days to avoid reminder fees and interest. Any invoice for an uncollected package will be sent through our partner Klarna.

Warranty

A warranty provided by the seller or manufacturer gives the buyer rights in addition to those the buyer already has under mandatory legislation. A warranty therefore does not imply any limitations on the buyer's right to make complaints and claims in the event of delay or defects.

We guarantee that the goods you receive are free from defects upon delivery. Should you receive a damaged item, please contact us and describe the damage in detail. You have a 2-year warranty and a 3-year right of complaint on all products. Contact us if you need to make use of the warranty. GLIM will bear the costs of return shipping for any approved complaints. In the event of a dispute, our policy is to follow the decisions of the Norwegian Consumer Council.

Whiteness guarantee: 100% money back

We at Glim are convinced that our PAP+ Teeth Whitening Strips are among the best on the market in Norway. That is why we offer you as a customer an exclusive Whiteness Guarantee with 100% money back. This guarantee applies to all new customers upon first purchase of the product, as well as upon the first purchase in connection with a subscription. Please note that the guarantee only applies to the first package in the subscription, as all subsequent deliveries will be identical to the first.

Warranty conditions:

We guarantee that your teeth will be at least 2 shades whiter after completing treatment with our strips. In the unlikely event that you do not achieve this result, please follow the procedure outlined below to claim your money back:

Document the process:

  • Take a clear picture of your teeth before starting treatment with PAP+ Teeth Whitening Strips.
  • Take another photo after the treatment is complete, along with a photo of the used strip packaging.

Submit your application:

  • Email the photos along with a short description of your experience to our customer service at: kundeservice@glimsmile.no
  • Please ensure that your application is submitted within 14 days of receiving the product. The photos must have a valid date stamp to confirm the processing period.

Processing of the application:

Our customer service will process your application on an ongoing basis.

Important to note:

Applications that do not meet the above requirements will not be approved for reimbursement. We reserve the right to reject applications where we find that the images do not meet our requirements for documentation (we are reasonable in our assessment).

With our Whiteness Guarantee, we want to give you complete peace of mind when you choose our teeth whitening strips, so you can achieve a brilliant white smile without risk.

Delivery method

For deliveries to Norway, we use Bring. At checkout, you choose whether the goods should be delivered to your nearest post office, or if you want home delivery. Contact kundeservice@glimsmile.no

Delivery time

The delivery time may vary, and the delivery time of your product(s) can be read on the product page of each individual product.

We do everything in our power to deliver your order in accordance with our delivery times. If an item deviates from the promised delivery time, and there is a delay in your delivery, you as a customer will be informed of this via email. You can cancel all or part of your order at any time, if we do not keep our promise of delivery times. If the customer cancels the purchase due to delayed delivery, a refund will be made within 14 days.

There may also be cases where it is impossible for us to keep our delivery time promise. An example of this is if one of our suppliers does not keep their delivery promise with us. We will, as soon as possible, inform you of this via email.

Delivery to Jan Mayen and Svalbard

Unfortunately, we do not deliver to Jan Mayen (NO 8099) or Svalbard (NO 9170-9179).

Security & Privacy

We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer), which means that all orders are encrypted and therefore completely secure.

GLIM guarantees that we will never give out your personal information or email address to third parties, unless there are special reasons, e.g. that the police, public prosecutor or similar request information. You have the right to receive the information we have registered about you, and if you believe it is incorrect or irrelevant, you can request correction or removal from our customer register. Terms and conditions for Subscription

Generally

These terms and conditions of purchase apply to agreements for the delivery of products and services to end customers in Norway.

"Buyer" is the person stated as the buyer in the order.
The name of the Buyer will appear on the order confirmation. The Buyer is hereinafter also referred to as "you", "you", "your" or "yours".
“The Service” refers to the subscription service. “The Product” is the item delivered in the service. Customer Service Contact Information

Conclusion of agreement, acceptance and change of the terms of agreement

The Agreement is binding on both parties when the order is received by the Seller. When the order is received, the Seller will send an order confirmation to the Buyer by e-mail within a reasonable time, showing the ordered Product(s) and prices. The Buyer must check the order confirmation and immediately notify the Seller if the order confirmation does not match the order. Attached to the order confirmation are these terms and conditions, a cancellation form and an information form on the right of cancellation. The terms and conditions may be subject to changes in the event of special needs and/or public changes or orders.

 The agreement implies that you accept updated/amended terms of agreement. New terms of agreement will be announced on the Seller's website and/or enclosed with your next delivery.

 Subscription without binding or purchase obligation

It should be easy and straightforward to shop with us. glimsmile.no sells products on an ongoing subscription basis, and you therefore get the shipments directly delivered to your mailbox, so you are sure to never run out of toothpaste tablets. When ordering one of our subscriptions, you receive your first package at a discounted price of 20% lower than the original price, and you also receive a delivery every 30 days at the same discounted price. In periods we also have an additional discount on the first package. 

We have no commitment period and you can cancel your subscription at any time. You can easily cancel your subscription by logging into the website. Upon cancellation, your subscription will be stopped immediately and you will not be charged any further. If you did not create a user when you first ordered, you can do so from the same page, using the same email address as when you ordered. You can also cancel by contacting customer service.

Flexible delivery

You can change the deliveries exactly as you want. Take a break, stop or correct the time interval as you wish, our friendly customer service will help you in the best possible way so that you are satisfied. To give you maximum freedom, flexibility and top customer service, there is also no binding period or purchase obligation associated with the subscription, and the subscription can be cancelled at any time.

Easy payment

You don't have to pay every month. With us, we will take care of all the practicalities. The card you enter upon first purchase will automatically be charged for further deliveries in the subscription. If the charge to your card does not go through, we will try to charge your card again at a later time.

 Affordable and fast delivery

Expected delivery time is 3-5 business days. When ordering, you pay a postage and handling fee of only 49kr. You keep this low shipping price for further deliveries. In certain periods we offer free shipping.

14-day unconditional right of withdrawal

You are protected by the Right of Withdrawal Act and have a 14-day unconditional right of withdrawal from the day you receive the goods on your very first shipment, i.e. the right of withdrawal only applies to the first shipment in the subscription. In order for the right of withdrawal to be valid, the product must be unopened and returned to us in the same quantity and condition as upon receipt. If the value of the goods has been reduced more than necessary to determine the nature, properties and function of the goods, you must cover the loss in value. If you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must cover the shipping costs for the return.
